I am connected to wireless network through access point device which is connected to laptop via lan cable.when i try to ip scan i get only my laptop ip.my access point device has two modes 1.gateway / WISP 2.wireless bridge / repeater.(network details-my accesspoint device ip is 192.168.1.1 and my isp ip connects via dhcp server with Public IP address redacted)
is there any way to discover clients ip on my network.

What other devices IP are you trying to find?

Just to be clear there is a wifi router (somewhere) -(wifi)->Laptop -(Ethernet)->Access Point -(wifi)-> Devices?
If so, while windows has the ability to do this, it does not do it well. For performance I would ditch the laptop and either use Ethernet from router to access point, if that is not possible then use powerline adapter to get data from router to access point, and if wifi is the ONLY option to get to router then use something like a ubiquiti nanostation which has higher power radio and has embedded hardware designed for the task.
