Hello,

How to do a full screenshot (very long page that needs to scroll down) in a chrome web browser from halfway (I will scroll to the area that I want it to appear the top most of the saved screenshot) to the bottom of the screenshot? For example this page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_testing I want to screenshot from the text [Teamwork] (seen near the middle) to the bottom of the page.

Some chrome extension will only do a full scrolling screenshots, I could not find one that can start to do the screenshot from the area I want (I scrolled to the area) and screenshot to the bottom. Looking for browser extension or windows 10 software.

Thanks
see spoiler for example:

Right click with mouse and sniping toool

Snipping Tool (default snipping tool in windows 10 pro) does not capture scrolling screenshots, long vertical areas in the site not seen on screen cannot be captured.

Example: you can try capture this page Software testing - Wikipedia
I want one single screenshot to start with these text:
"Teamwork
Roles
In an organization, testers may be in a separate team from the rest of the software development team or they may be integrated into one team. Software testing can also be performed by non-dedicated software testers."...

and end with these text:
"Privacy policy About Wikipedia Disclaimes Contact Wikipedia Code of Conduct Developers Statistics Cookie statement Mobile view"

Are you still there?
Use SingleFile extension
SingleFileChrome
Highlight the area you want
p_3252inq741.jpg
SingleFile>Save selection is unable to hightlight and save the areas that are not displayed (hidden areas that you need to scroll down to see) on the monitor screen.

I want to find a software/extension that can do a same screenshot like image I posted in my first post (long screenshot that starts from middle specific area and end at the bottom specific area).

Since you apparently already know how to create a .png image of a page couldn't you just create the whole page image and then use whatever paint-type program that you prefer to crop the part that you want and discard the part that you don't want?
Too much time is wasted to take the screenshot then edit the whole page in a image editor. For example, if I am doing research, I need to screenshot the information from different sites. Editing many long images takes a long time.

Cannot be done with SingleFile extension. You can try the instructions I posted in my first post.
If you use the built-in "Snipping Tool'' (find it in your Start menu), you can take a snip of a menu:

  • After you open Snipping Tool, press Esc to cancel the current snip, and then open the menu that you want to capture.
  • Press Ctrl+PrtScn.
  • Click the arrow next to the New button, select Free-form Snip,Rectangular Snip, Window Snip, or Full-screen Snip from the list, and then select the area of your screen that you want to capture.

I am unable to select the area that is not seen on the screen (i need to screenshot a long webpage that includes the area not seen on monitor before I scroll down). I am using Windows 10 Pro default Snipping Tool (that comes installed with windows)

Could you try if you would be able to your Snipping Tool to achieve the screenshot I posted in the first post? (without using any image editor to edit the saved screenshot)

From my research, Snipping Tool is unable to select specific areas that are not seen on the monitor screen (the areas that you need to scroll down during the screenshot)

Google "How to take a screen shot of long scrolled screen" and try some of the many methods presented.

For example:

Long screenshots

Watch and make note of the instructions overall but especially the guidance provided after the 55 second mark or so.

Capture screenshot/Capture full screen shot.

There are other tutorials etc. presented so take a look/read of some of them.

Very likely that one or more will meet your requirements.
