Question How to enable DTS Custom ASUS TUF x570 plus wifi

I know your motherboard audio chip supports DTS, I was referring to your headset.
DTS, is a multi-channel surround and stereo sound that works with sound devices that could take advantage of the feature. Usually thru USB or SPDIF like the SteelSeries Arctis 5 Gaming Headset - DTS Headphone:X. or the Logitech G533 Wireless Gaming Headset – DTS.
It could work on USB device headphones like the HyperX Cloud II Gaming Headset.

Assuming you mean HyperX Cloud Alpha S.

It connects via the 4 pole 3.5mm connector to consoles and laptops. And via USB to desktops. Desktops use a 3 pole 3.5mm connector for sound out + a separate 3.5mm for sound in (mic). You use USB as sound device, not a Realtek device.
I have the cloud Alpha 2. No USB sound card came with them.
