How to enable Ethernet adapters without logging in to windows 8.1

Ok i did something which was really dumb :/ , I disabled my ethernet adapters and logged out. So i tried to log back in and now it says my pc is offline. I do not have a wireless adapter either.

It says use my last password but this is the first time using the pc after resetting it.

So is there any way to enable my adapters without logging in? BIOS etc?

Try using your old password, the one before you reset it. Either the old one, or the one that you just changed it to should work. Your PC is capable of logging in without an internet connection.
