How to enable intel HD graphics on pentium B960 processor

I have a Toshiba Satellite C855-12X laptop and recently the dedicated graphics card AMD Radeon HD 7610m showed signs of failure (colored lines on th diplay, etc).
How can I enable the integrated graphics card found on the processor?
It doesn't show up in device manager nor in BIOS

My guess is that it may be that the graphics is not wired to the output for the screen, hence it was omitted form the BIOS.
