[SOLVED] How to enable Ultimate Performance power mode?

Whenever I go to change power plans on my wife's rig, I click on Ultimate Performance mode but can't apply it. It just defaults back to High Performance. Thoughts?

MOBO: MSI B250m Bazooka mirco-ATX
CPU: Intel i7-7700K
GPU: GTX 1060 3GB
RAM: 16 GB 2433 Mhz
PSU: Seasonic 550 Watt 80+ Gold
Storage: 120 GB M.2 with OS, 1 TB HDD, 250 GB SSD
