How to erase everything off an Ipad 2 Logic Board?

So I broke my ipad 2 lcd and in the process of opening and repairing it I broke everything else. So, basically all I have left is the logic board/ motherboard. I plan on selling the logic board, however the problem is that I had some sensitive information stored on this ipad.

How would I go about erasing everything stored in it's memory?
-I've thought about magets, I would like some feedback before moving foward
