Is there any program or app by which I can exchange my contacts with others?

From where are you trying to exchange contacts? For example from Gmail you can export them to an Outlook CSV or Google CSV and send them to someone who could then import the contacts list.

You can create a CSV file with the help of Google, by using that you can exchange contacts.
