I Have A Rakk Panasque Gaming PC Case Mid Tower

Problem 1:
PSU is at the bottom part.
Problem is the psu cables are too short to reach the 4 square pin at the top of the motherboard
and the 24 pin power connectors at the right side of the motherboard.
Is it possible to buy extensions to extend the 4 and 24 pin?

Problem 2:

How Should i Position the Processor Fan?
It is a DeepCool Ice Blade 100
and If i buy 4 120mm fans for the case where should the air flow, towards outside of the case or inside?

Thanks.

Solution
Problem 1 is solved by buying a good psu. Cheap generic junk is unreliable and when it fails(and it will eventually fail) it could brick the whole system and worst case catch fire. The psu is a very important part and a very bad place to skimp on quality.

Problem 2 mount it like deepcools website shows

As for fans I prefer to try and balance intake and exhaust if needed I will go for more intake than exhaust. Usually have front and side fans as intake back and top as exhaust. Ultimately you may want to try different configs to get optimal setup for your hardware.

Thanks for The Answer.

What would be a good psu that has long cables?
I'll also try your solution to problem 2
