Is this a powersupply problem? before my pc usually starts with this bios recovery, i enter bios and just save and restart all seems to run okay.
i notice this start up never happen if i did not unplugged my powercord from outlet after shutting down. so i let this happened a few times since i didnt notice any performance issue when using.
this has been going for about a months or year.
sometimes its happens sometimes normal boot up.
then after installing aio and 2 additional ssd. i notice the start up problem is gone so i enable xmp(again). then after a few days this bios recovery starts again. now with power boot up problems
pc takes 2 or 3 attempts before starting up.all lights from fan are on then suddenly turning off takes 2 or 3 tries before booting up
I read some similar solution like resetting bios with 3 pin jumper or reinstalling CMOS battery
before i try these solution i would like to ask for opinions or other solution what i did wrong and what should i do.
specs:
pc is about 7yrs
MB - asus strxi z390e gaming
psu - corsair 650w 80gold PSU
Gpu - rtx 2070
