Hi,

Use power supply unit that you are sure it's working. Put CPU in, connect speaker and power it on. You should hear No RAM beeps. If not, then it's mailfunctioning. If you hear beeps continue with inserting RAM. Then you should hear no video beeps. If not, then it's mailfuncitoning again, if you hear, then your mobo should work when you plug everything in.
