Windows 7 does not use ntldr. Windows XP was the last OS to use it. Windows 7 uses bootmgr.

These system files will be located in the root directory of your system partition (probably your C: drive). In order to view them, open the C: drive and go to Tools > Folder Options, and click the View tab. Then click the radio button next to "Show hidden files and folders" and put a checkmark next to "Hide protected operating system files". Click Apply and click OK.
