Googling the error code I get with BSD does not show any listings for this type error. See Below:
0x0000001E [understand this to be a driver issue...possibly]
0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0XFFFF8000E8FED79, 0X0000000000000000, 0XFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF)
Using the Event Viewer am having no luck tracking this error down the MMC runs then shows an error message then exits out. The ONLINE HELP is useless on that page. As stated listing the error code in Google comes back nothing found. What I see on YouTube is useless. I even tried redirecting the Online Help in Event Viewer to go somewhere else other than the default redirect, and that didn't do it.

Have had, in the last few days, the BSD with the above error code and trying to figure out what exactly it is have been unable to do, even Windows shows no listing for that particular code. I see plenty of 0x0000001E errors but the following #'s are completely different. Anyone with any idea how to track this down?

right-o... I kinda gathered that when it happened. So..BlueScreenView is a different animal than BSD. my 64 dollar question is what exactly is the cause for this specific error code, as stated in the OP. Now what I have noticed (maybe coincidentally) is it happens when there is a volume overload and think that somehow it trips a thermal. Is this a likely culprit?

took me a while to figure out what you meant. thanks i have downloaded the nirsoft utility and will go from there. for some reason i thought you were telling me my bsod WAS bsv and that i labled my question wrong....duh.
