Question How to find the cause of my pre-built computer restarting...

I turned off the restart but the computer STILL restarts and doesn't give me an error code. TIA for any help!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I turned off the restart but the computer STILL restarts and doesn't give me an error code.

Like I said it's a store bought Cyberpower tower but here is what Windows says:
CPU Intel i7-8700
MB Asus Prime b360m-a
Ram 32
GPU Nvidia 1060
Windows 10 Home
Monitor Asus
PSU generic
SSD generic

I did this: To stop your Windows 10 computer from automatically restarting on errors, go to your Control Panel, navigate to System and Security > System > Advanced system settings, then under Startup and Recovery, uncheck the "Automatically restart" option in the System Failure section.

However, I used eventvwer.msc and got this critical error but there are no codes:
Critical: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. I have the computer on battery backup so it didn't lose power.
I do have two other errors also, but they are not critical.

How long ago did you buy this PC?

PSU make/model is critical.
Take the side panel off and see what it is.

Oh wow, it does have a label! It's a thermaltake 600 W psu.
And it started about 6 months ago but did it rarely. It's done it 2 times this month. It's not constant though. I bought the PC as a backup, so I bought it in 2019 but opened the box in 2023. ETA: I"m wondering if dust could make it restart. I can't clean it right now, we have snow and ice outside and When I opened the side panel, it is a little dusty over there.
