Question How to find the perfect ram for laptop? because i want to upgrade my ram.

Hi all, my laptop is asus p 1412cea with core i3 1115g4 and 4 gb ram DDR4. When i read the spec from asus official web, it say i can upgraded to 12 gb max, it got 2 slot with 1 soldered. I want to upgrade the ram, but i dont know how to find the right component. From cpu-z (im new to this) it written the d-ram frequency around 1500mhz, and from task manager my ram frequency is 3200mhz. Is it necessary to use the same frequency or not? And how i know the ram frequency from the soldered?
