How to find Windows History and activity in windows 10 Version

Hello

I have been using windows 10 Pro Version at office recently my employees are misusing system other than official purposes, please help me how to find what activities and which file and folder was used and activity for last 48 hours or more ..etc...

Your employees are misusing the system? I assume you don't have proof of this, and that's what you're trying to check out.

What makes you think/assume they're misusing? Did you catch them doing something? Browser based? File based?
That might give you a starting point, but you're unlikely to find a step by step report of what was done over a 48 period.... without remote access running constantly or some kind of key logging software*.

*An I'm pretty sure that would be an invasion of privacy & likely to get you into a lot of trouble - so don't take that suggestion seriously.

Hi I have seen them once playing games, Invasion of privacy applies to a normal user, my employees are working at the cost of my money and establishment, i am from India, here we can do anything to the employees, us legal systems doesn't work here, nobody files cases and even if someone does it take 10 to 20 years to sort out...

i am looking for a file based history, in XP version we had this history option which i cant find in win 10.

Fair enough. Legally there might be less of an argument, but I won't be helping you spy on them.

I'd suggest calling them out on it, make them justify their time/pay and prove to you what they spend their time doing
