I would say try reinstalling your graphics driver...Seems more that the game runs on integrated graphics(Onboard GPU)OR there are no drivers installed for the GPU.
Redownload YOUR GPU driver here=https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/159423/en-us
OR You can perform an Windows Update and Windows will automatically find the best driver for your computer or GPU.
If you did all that and still nothing works check to see if there are any Drivers installed at device manager.
