Question How to fix broken Asus RX 470 Mining ?

Hello, I'm looking to fix my Asus RX 470 Mining. The fans of the gpu work and there's also a white led on the gpu near the 8pin connector, but no signal to the monitor. What could be the issue and how to fix it?

Does the monitor's backlight come on? is there any sign of life from the monitor when booting its likely that some of your video RAM modules could be bad if the monitors backlight comes on but there is no image. There are many reasons that a graphics card may not boot don't take my word for it being the video cards memory its just a suggestion. Can you share some images of what happens with your monitor when you boot the card.

Monitor just says that there's no hdmi connection and will go to power save mode in 5 min. But sure I can share some images.
