How can I fix dead pixels on my dell inspiron

Dead (black) pixels cannot be fixed. Stuck (lit) pixels can sometimes be fixed by using programs such as this: https://www.techspot.com/downloads/6565-rizonesoft-pixel-repair.html

You cannot, they are basically physically defective pixels. You would need to replace the entire screen to get rid of 'em.
