My laptop: legion y520 15ikBn

So i have been having this issue with my internet for a week

Internet connection slows down for couple minutes every 10 minutes and in games my ping would be around 60 normally then jump to 1000 for a couple of minutes then return to 60 every 10 minutes or less.

Ive checked that the issue is not with my internet itself by using another laptops and it was fine so made sure that the issue was with my laptop not my internet itself then i tried connecting an ethernet and it didn't even work it keeps saying connecting then disappears so i made sure that the issue wasnt with my cable so i used another one and same thing happened and i used the same cable on another laptops and it worked fine so i made sure that the issue was with my laptop then i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the realtek pcie gbe family controller and the wifi driver and it didn't work

Im 100% sure the issue is with my laptop not the cable or the router cuz it is working on all other devices in my house normally

I also tried most of the solutions on the internet and none worked like unistalling drivers and disable and enable the ethernet
i tried some that made ethernet appear connected on my laptop but it worked for few minutes then it stopped working and when i trouble shooted it. it said couldnt configure ip address for my ethernet

So is there a fix for either my wifi connection being so slow every 10 minutes

And

Is there a fix for my ethernet not working ?

Here is my ip config

Solution
I hate to hear that the pin broke. 🙁 Someone definitely was forceful with that jack and that was probably the root cause of the problem.

Yes, a usb3.0 gigabit adapter will work just as fast, and hopefully with fix all the problems. :)
Well sadly i broke 1 of the pins out

I saw something that you can connect into usb and can connect the internet cable into it
Does it work efficiently or it would be a terrible idea

Excellent work! You can use imgur and then link the photo here.

OK thanks alot for ur help, you saved me from breaking my laptop into pieces i was so upset with internet issues so thanks again.

Glad you got it working. :)

I've been there! Luckily, I also know I can fix anything computer wise, so I never get mad like that at a computer. Now people--that's another subject...because you can't fix stupid people, haha.
My life is cursed
I received the usb 3.0 gigabit ethernet adapter today and i tried it on my laptop and it didnt work 🙁
To make sure the adapter itself isnt the issue i tried it on other desktop computer and it was working just fine without installing any drivers but on my laptop it wasnt, i tried installing drivers for it and didnt work so i used the linus boot drive you told me about and it didnt work too. the usb port is 3.0 and it is working fine as i use it for flash sticks and connecting my mouse, i connected the adapter to other usb ports 1 one of them is 3.0 and other is 2.0 and unsurprisingly it didnt work.
And i made sure the ethernet cable by trying it on other laptop and worked just fine so whats the issue here.

Sometimes randomly i unplug the adapter and i re plug it and it works and there is a internet connection but with any slight movment of the the adapter or cable it unplugs and disappears again.
Btw i noticed when it works i notice there is a new device in the network adapters in device manager called realtek usb gbe family controller.
This device only appears when the internet connection works but if i move the usb adapter a bit the internet conection disappears and the device called realtek usb gbe family controller disappears too.

Update now it works fine but if i shutdown my laptop or restart i have to keep unplugging and plugging the adapter for like 3 times to work its fine by me but do you think will there be any damage done by the daily pluging and unpluging
