How to fix fatal error?

On startup, my computer prompts:
Title: Fatal Error!
Message: resources/images\drive-gdoc32.png could not be extracted!

How do I fix this?
Specs: Windows 7, 64bit

Did you tell you computer to use a png on google drive as a background or icon?

There was a registry problem and an update from windows fixed the issue. Thanks though.
