Question How to fix keyboard

My keyboard has input lag when typing,playing games ect.! I uninstalled drivers I changed settings I unplugged components updated windows reinstalled window and still nothing has worked any ideas? Maybe a power supply issue?

ASRock b360 lga 1151(second hand) Intel i5 8400, Vega 56 air boost oc edition, 16gigs of ram had to mix because of the CPU cooler, EVGA 600 80 bronze, western digital 500 ssd, adata sword fish m.2(has more of a bend than when I first bout it brand new) I also had to get a splitter for the graphics card because the one on the power supply wouldn't run it. I took the blue tooth card out because I tried almost what I could itt worked fine for a bit then back to the input lag on the keyboard after two days.
