So i have had this problem ever since i got my new monitor. I had a old emachines monitor and it was working perfectly until it fell and the lcd broke. I so bought a new monitor. A brand new one. It is a 2015/2016 monitor. It was $100. The brand is AOC. I plugged it in and everything was working perfectlyy until i noticed that everytime i play a game it is "blurry". Especially when it is dark in the game. I am not sure if this is Screen tear but I think it's not. I don't know if its my video card settings or the whole monitor honestly. But i have a Gyazo link to show you guys http://

Solution
Just adjust the pin a little and give it a try. I assume you haven't tried this solution yet. And didn't your monitor's package contain a dvi cable. Then you would have to buy one. So DVI cable should be the solution.

Disregarding your GPU's and Monitor's capabilities, The max VGA adapters can perform is 1024x720 @60Hz. Anything higher would cause blurring or ghosting should I say :)

The Specific Monitor I have is an AOC M2060SW the Native Resolution is 1920x1080 Refresh rate is 60 and with different resolutions it can go to 59.... I also tried all the Vsync settings. I even turned on Vsync on My nvidia Control Panel. I turned it on Adaptation, Off, On, Global Settings... I turn Vsync on in my games. Nothing Works. I try different Resolutions too. Nothing. I am really frustrated and it is annoying.

Make sure You are playing on your monitor's native resolution. The issue usually occurs when playing in anything lower. Maybe this could be the issue here?

I am playing on my Monitors Native settings also.. 1920x1080.. 🙁.. Still is ghosting

I don't know if you ment my nvidia control panel settings, game settings, or Monitor Settings but i went to my Nvidia Control panel and AA, FXAA, TXAA are all turned off.

And AA is turned off in game as well? Try activating AA in game then. Use a method like SMAA or MSAA

I just tried so many Combinations xD.. Yes i had AA on in my Control panel and AA off in my game.. Then Vice Versa... Nothing still...

Uhh, what kind of video cable are you using?

You ideally want to use a DVI-D Dual Link as pictured below:

I have the normal VGA Cable, but my Graphics card needed a DVI-I Dual Link. So i Needed to get a adapter.. So the Monitor is using VGA and my Graphics card DVI-I dual link... With the adapter of course.

VGA port in a 1920x1080p 60Hz monitor? Isn't there a HDMI port?

No.. There is an HDMi on my Graphics card though.. There is also a DVI-D Dual link in the Monitor as well..

What prevents your from connecting your GPU to your monitor with a DVI cable? Your monitor has a DVI port and your graphics card should have one too. Don't care about the DVI D and DVI D right now. Post what happens after that.

MY Monitor only has a VGA and a DVI-D dual link.. But my GPU has Hdmi and DVI-I Dual Link... So it's not the same..

Yes but you can connect them with the DVI cable though. I have done that. Please try it for testing purposes :)

So Should i just get a new cable? That might help with the ghosting? Also i figured out that one of my pins in my DVI-I adapter is bent and doesnt go into my Graphics card...

Yeah, so i suspect it's the cable/adapter. While the vga to dvi adapter is "working" it's obviously got some problems.
But all you need is a DVI-D Dual Link cable, no adapter. The DVI-I port on the GPU transmits both an analog and digital signal if you use a DVI-I cable, but if you use a DVI-D cable, it only transmits the digital signal, which is what we want.

A DVI-D cable will fit in a DVI-I port, but a DVI-I cable will NOT fit in a DVI-D port.

So you just need a DVI-D cable:

(you may be able to find one cheaper/a different length depending on what you need.

VGA cable is not capable of delivering 1920X1080p at a refresh rate of 60. And this is why you have this "ghosting". The DVI cable should have the DVID format but it's plug. So you can try plugging one end to the DVI-D in your monitor and the other end into the DVI-I in the graphics card. Is this clear? Your monitor should have a DVI cable bundled to its package.
