So i have had this problem ever since i got my new monitor. I had a old emachines monitor and it was working perfectly until it fell and the lcd broke. I so bought a new monitor. A brand new one. It is a 2015/2016 monitor. It was $100. The brand is AOC. I plugged it in and everything was working perfectlyy until i noticed that everytime i play a game it is "blurry". Especially when it is dark in the game. I am not sure if this is Screen tear but I think it's not. I don't know if its my video card settings or the whole monitor honestly. But i have a Gyazo link to show you guys http://

Just adjust the pin a little and give it a try. I assume you haven't tried this solution yet. And didn't your monitor's package contain a dvi cable. Then you would have to buy one. So DVI cable should be the solution.

Disregarding your GPU's and Monitor's capabilities, The max VGA adapters can perform is 1024x720 @60Hz. Anything higher would cause blurring or ghosting should I say :)

It's bent not broken.

I "unbent the pin" a little and It goes in WAYY easier.. I still have the ghosting. I don't know if the pin is broken or not.

If the pin is broken I don't think anything would should up. Btw does letters in Windows look blurry as well? If so try disabling overscan.

Actually I did some research and damaged cables do cause this. Is there any possibility that you would be able to borrow a working DVI cable from a friend and try that?

No, Letters in windows do not ghost or look blurry... I am going to go buy a dvi cable later..
