Is that a M.2 SATA SSD or a M.2 PCI-e SSD?
Are you placing it in the right M.2 socket?
The Strix B250F have two M.2 SSD sockets, the top one (near the CPU socket) is a M.2 SATA SSD socket and the one at the bottom is a M.2 PCI-e SSD socket
