Question how to fix no audio output is installed

i have a issue that i updated my asus laptop to windows 10 using a pendrive and now it is showing that no audio output is installed i installed reltek audio driver also but that also did not worked and in device manager it is not showing the input and output deves section there is vedio game controllers and audio section in there my audio driver is showing but there is also a yellow warning sign on it and on propertise of the driver it is showing error code 10

yep but it is windows 10 asus transformer book T100TA
