how to fix power on problem is not switching but power light is on

I'm using technics sa-ex100 amplifier it was working but the volume was very low unfortunatley i cracked pc board and now is only switching on the power light but is not getting on to work

Not sure what you are asking here, if you cracked a board in the device, replace that board. You can't just glue it together.

If a board is cracked just gluing it together won't help. You need to repair all the circuit traces that were broken by the cracks. Usually it's a job for a tech.
