on my computer i can't to sign on my mail and apper to me troubleshoot sevral times i make troubleshoot but it still as it what can i do ?

Are you using a mail client installed on your computer (like Outlook, Thunderbird) or web based email like gMail, Yahoo, MSN, etc?
