Solution
hi well you can buy a FX 4300 that really cheap cpu around where i live i cost around 65 to 80 euro and mainboard like MSI 970A-G43 AM3+
cost like 61 euro and really cheap upgrade gets loads of more gaming power :) of course you need buy soms ddr3 but you can get set all under 200
euro in total
USD250? That will be difficult, USD300 will be more like it
CPU: AMD A8-7600 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88M-HD+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory
Storage: 500GB 7200rpm HDD (skip this if your old HDD is still usable)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 300W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Total: estimated about $300

thanks mate but will it remove my stuttering and lag issues.?

but if i again try to install stock cooler and if it runs then the stuttering will go?

can u tell me the temps on which my cpu should stop stuttering and load temps also

i want you to give some good news my temps when idle are at 30c of cpu and 40c of cores and when underload the temps are 50c of cpu and 57c of cores.are these good temps?

ok thanks mate but i want to ask u that amd processor has many problems and intel is a good one so can u recommend me intel one in the build u posted and one more thing if i upgrade to core 2 quad and also buy new stock cooler and then will it fix my problem

AMD processors do not have problem..I dunno what you mean, that AMD processor have many problems. I have been switching processor between AMD an Intel since 1997 and never had any problems from both worlds.

AMD has better offers for budget PCs while Intel is for those who really want performance and willing to pay more.

For up to USD300, you will get better built from AMD.

Going C2Q is also not bad, if your mobo can support it and if you can get a second-handed C2Q with very good price from eBay. Still, keeping that LGA775 platform is no longer worth the money.

If you have issues with your LGA775 PC, just let it go.
Do yourself a favor and get a newer processor, mobo, RAM, etc.
If you want to keep your PC for a longer time, I would recommend to arrange your budget until you can reach an i5. USD300 is kinda too low.

ok thanks.but i have problem and i dont know its a problem or not.when i start up my pc my fans spin at fastest speed and produce noise but after windows boots and starts and then fans go slower and make no noise so what should i do to make it spin fast as when i start my pc

ok thanks will be planning to upgrade to a new pc build which u posted after next month and can we not do any fixes to this old pc because i want gaming for those left months.plz any fixes or by using v--sync

see this https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/702576/fullscreen-smooth-v-sync-no-stutter-100-fix/ and it had helped me a lot.

ok but somehow it reduced stuttering
