Question How to fix the Ez Debug Boot LED on motherboard?

I just built a new PC and when I went to turn it on, the Boot LED was the only solid light on the motherboard. I have been looking up what could be wrong but haven't found a fix. I have almost tried everything from what I have found as solutions. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My PC Specs:
MSI B350 Tomahawk
Ryzen 5 1600
2 x 4 gb corsair ram
MSI Radeon RX 570
EVGA 650 80+ Gold
SSD
HDD

Classic, i was gonna ask the same.
Ryzen chips doesn't come with IGPU.

I’ve built two other Computers and 1 of them was an AMD build. This solid Boot LED on the motherboard is a first time problem for me and I did connect the monitor to the Graphics card.

I am using an hdmi cable.

Yes the solid LED is still there when I have the boot drive plugged in.

When removing the graphics card the GPU and VGA lights are solid. Also on the topic of graphics cards I had taken out my gtx 1070 from my personal computer and tried it on this build and the Boot LED was still there.

I suggest testing different monitor with different video cable. I still think that it's video related.

So I tested everything on another motherboard and didn’t get the Boot LED but the screen is still just black. It has not loaded into bios for about 30 minutes now. Could it be the GPU?

It could be the GPU that is faulty.
