I mean its ridiculous , I downloaded proper drivers for my motherboard and yet i get an error massage ?
is there something wrong with the driver or My OS ?
as it clearly says Does not support an OS ?

Interesting question. Same OS Windows 7 Ultimate.
Recently I deleted all partitions on my HD , created a new partition table.
and I installed Windows OS. Nothing special.

and @ Scott Taylor

Same error bro , Downloaded driver from that website but it gives me same error massage.

I right clicked and selected "troubleshoot compatibility"
Driver Installed successfully .
But its a driver , Is Asus Crazy ?
I am telling you this MOBO don't even have proper drivers to Install !

anyway , running in compatibility mode helped.
I updated BIOS drivers, Now I can use 3.88GB of Ram ( out of 4GB) before this day it used show 3.69GB Usable now its 3.88.

After Clearing the CMOS i got two error massages
1) Windows not genuine
2) Only 10 days remained , activate Internet download manager Now !

Well I fixed those Problems.

Thanks k1114 I am still working on Display settings, I'll post new question regarding this as soon as I get new information.

Try opening task scheduler, go to the ASUS folder and disable anything in there that may be causing the problem, for me it was i-Setup002956.
I know this is an old thread and you may have fixed it by now, but this may help someone else.
