Question How to fix USB xHCI compliant host controller

In device manager USB xHCI compliant host controller shows an error when I click properties it says Code 10 invalid parameter was passed to a service or function.

I just reinstalled windows 10 home to try and fix issues with my EVGA 2060 SC ULTRA and in bios clicked load optimized defaults.

My system is
Asus Sabertooth 990fx r2.0
AMD FX 8150
16gb 2x8gb Corsair Vengence
EVGA 2060 SC ULTRA
CPU cooler = Coolermaster masterliquid 120 rgb

I have never had the problem until I reinstalled windows 10 home and clicked load optimized defaults in bios.

Maybe reinstall chip drivers

Thanks for the reply. Just finished reinstalling them I think and same problem. I have never reinstalled chipset drivers so I didn't really know what to do. I googled it and followed directions of what people were saying but still the same problem.
