How to format 64GB SD card from exFAT to FAT32

I have a Sandisk Ultra 64GB SD card and cannot get it to a FAT 32 format. Tried few links, no success. I'm using WIN 7 also.

Is there any way possible to achieve this?

Dear Ivan,after trying your procedures I recieve a message saying for a 64 Gb SD card; not posible to format the volumen. It is to big.

You need to use a 3rd party utility as I explained above. MarcT77 also listed a utility that works.
