Hi, so I am playing FIFA 22, I am not getting stable 60 fps. but if I disable v-sync then it jumps to more than 150. But then the screen becomes teary, So that means my computer is capable, I am playing on 60hz, how can I get stable 60 fps.

My specs can be seen here, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Qzt3Fg

Actually I can set maximum fps in game by opening vsync but I am then getting a bit low fps around 54 55, but when I turn it off, it jumps to more than 150 but now screen becomes teary
Yes, but Vsync can introduce issues because if the frame times are missing the refresh cycle, then the frame gets presented in the next one, causing both stuttering and input lag. So if you get 59 FPS, the game will drop to 30 FPS for that frame. Setting a maximum frame rate at or very near the refresh rate will keep the experience relatively tear-free and there won't be stutters or input lag due to syncing.

Configure this option to match or go over about 1-2 FPS above the refresh rate. You can set it globally or per game.
