I went for a holiday recently but as I have to keep an eye on things I thought I would bring a laptop with me and put my home computer SSD in it,
It didn't work. There is only a command line underscore showing up.
It would be awesome.
You take out the SSD and put it in a laptop and you are ready to go with all the stuff you were using without having to reinstall ANYTHING for the 9.999 time in your life.
How many hours how my life have I spent reinstalling the same software over and over again?
Dunno.
The question is:
Is there an easy way to do this with a Windows OS?
There is Windows 8 on this SSD,
I think there is a BIOS check or something.
Any chance it would work with a Windows7?
Can you enlighten this humble worker in the vineyard of the Lord?
