How to get bios

Hi I just finished building my pc pluged it in fans are spinning and everything’s lighting up. Nothing came in the display after trying to open the bios multiple different ways.There leds lit on the motherboard but no bios. I believe it’s posting but not sure. How do I access bios Asus z270f. Also when I hit power on the case to turn it off every thing turned off accept for motherboard is that an issue?

When I hit Ctrl alt delete the keyboard turns off a white led goes on motherboard then keyboard goes back on no display
