How to Get Fallout 3/New Vegas Running On Windows 10.

Hi there, ever since I've upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 every time I try to play Fallout 3 or New Vegas the game inevitably crashes. When I had Windows 7 installed, I was able to play both these games without any problems. I tried running both in compatibility mode but no luck, which is a shame because these are some of my favorite games. Does anyone have any advice on how to get these games running on Windows 10?

well, they are bethesda games, they crash all the time (if you own a playstation)

Neither of those things work, I follow the directions on the Bethesda link and it doesn't give me the options to run as an admin, and even though I follow all the steps for Windows Live and create an account, I still can't get it to let me login.
