Decrease the resolution or detail level that you are rendering at.

What game are you trying to achieve this in? If moving your graphics setting down in the game you are trying to get more than 50 fps in doesn't give you what you want, you will have to pretty much buy a new system, the CPU is outdated (meaning CPU and motherboard need to be replaced) and the GPU is pretty low end.
