[SOLVED] How to get my extender working again?

Hi there

I bought a mercusys range extender which was working perfectly a week ago. Now it will not connect and knocks all my other wifi connections off when plugged in. I've tried rebooting, naming it the same as my main connection etc. Anything I can do?

Start with a factory reset of the device. Then put it in the same room as the main WIFI signal and go through the connection steps again.
