[SOLVED] how to get remote adb shell

so basically I had this program on my computer that allowed me to enter my fire tv's ip address and then be able to install apk's to the fire tv wirelessly even be able to access it's command prompt and stuff like that but I reset my computer a while ago and I literally couldn't even find the program online at all. Can someone help
