Question how to get rid of lines on the screen?

i cant explain what type of lines they r like flickeriing rinbow lines? its kinda distorted or sum? they r like small horizontal lines ill set it as my profile picture pls someone help me! i tried doing the thumb thing did not work ig just someone tell me how to get rid of it m honestly desperate for answers i refreshed,shutted it down,installed updates?, it appeared when i was pushing the screen im on windows 7

wait how do i find my grapics driver? do i need to go to device manager? nvm i found it but how do i re-install it? nvm again im un installing it now

did not work and somehow my screen got wider i alr fixed the screen through screen resolution although he problem is its stil there im abt to quit at this point :')

Id say it's probably a hardware issue, bad connection internally or screen itself. Best get it checked at a shop.

Did you try booting to safe mode and using DDU when you uninstalled the driver? But yes this sounds like a hardware issue.
