Question How to get rid of "NVIDIA GPU Activity"

I installed my 2060 into my new motherboard and now it says my GPU is an external graphics card, the NVIDIA Control Panel isn't on my PC at all and I have a new app in my notifications area called "NVIDIA GPU Activity" and I can't get rid of it. Can anyone help?

Hey, I can't untick the option for the GPU Activity icon in the notifications tab. I've tried going into the Control Panel as well but it's still grayed out. Anyone know what to do?

Start at the beginning, what is this new motherboard you are talking about? Did you replace the motherboard and only the motherboard? Did you re-install Windows when you did that? You are leaving out a bunch of details, need system specs, and what you were doing, from the beginning, what you had, what was working, what was changed and what did you do after the changes.
