I have already uninstalled it using "add or remove programs" and deleted all residual files that I can find. Well it's not machine-breaking or whatever, just kind of annoying every time I start up my PC. Thanks in advance.

tried running malwarebytes or hitmanpro to make sure its not malware?

run chkdsk on the drives to make sure they ok?

Open Task Manager/Startup section.
Locate anything related to FRAPS and disable it.
