Question How to get the backup bios to start in a gigabyte z270x gaming 5

Hello everyone, I'm in desperate need of help. I have the USB ports deactivated by ultra fastboot. I was updating the bios but the process failed, now the PC restarts in loop and I don't know how to get the backup bios to kick in. I've tried the hold down power button before turning on the psu method that's on many YouTube tutorials, but now luck... What can I do? Thanks.

Try powering off and restarting. It should be automatic.

Thank you all for answering.
I finnaly fixed it. This is what I did:
-Turn it on
-Hold power button until it turned off again and keep holding it for 20 more seconds
-release power button
-quickly press it again to turn the sistem back on
-Wait for b_bios to kick in.

BTW, I'm sorry about my English, it is not my native language.
