Question How to get windows 11 as a operating system via usb.

So i have windows 11 on a usb and its plugged into my pc ( please note I'm stuck on bios that's why i need windows 11 as a operating system ) But when i press f11 someone told me that pressing f11 allows me to boot from the USB but it doesn't. I'm using a MSI motherboard. please help!

But when i press f11 someone told me that pressing f11 allows me to boot from the USB but it doesn't.

It's not always F11, it can be F12 or some other key.
Usually it will show in the boot screen which key it is.
Also if you go into bios you can change the boot order in there.
Change the boot options so that the USB is the first.
