How to getter better case temperatures?

So my case runs very hot. I will list all the specs below. I am pretty sure the GPU is the main culprit, it's like a toaster oven and I can't even put the tempered glass on without it feeling like it will melt. Everything runs fine though. No stuttering or problems.

I5 8600K (Watercooled with Corsair H60, stable 4.5ghz)
EVGA SC 1070 Ti
Corsair 550w semi-mod PSU
16 GB DDR4 RAM
Cooler Master Masterbox 5 Lite Case

So I have three fans in the front of the case, and the H60 radiator and 2 noctua fans attached in the back. I don't know if it would be more benefical to get a better case with more fan options because I have no more fan space. Also the front three fans are cheap and don't work the greatest. I am newer to the whole building process and want to at least be able to utilize the tempered glass.

How have you got the H60 rad fan(s) air flowing? Into the case or out?
One problem with that case has a solid top, right? No where for heat to escape by natural means. I think that is your main problem.
The only exhaust fan appears to be a single 120mm that is already moving warmed air.

Any way to put the H60 rad/fan in the front so the rear fan can remove heat better?

Ya it's solid top unfortunately. I may have to invest in a better case that has fan access on top and utilize three exhaust fans. And like you said, put the rad in front
