how to give access to guest user installed applications

i have a problem regarding guest user permissions in windows 7.
actually i installed a application in guest user account with permissions of Administrator account but after installation it shows a message like " you don't have Admin rights . So how to overcome this problem & how i access that application. Plz help me,

Log on to an admin account.
Right-click the application's shortcut and click the "Security" tab.
Highlight the user account whose permissiions you need to edit.
In the lower section, edit the permissions accordingly, then click 'OK'.
