NO, no, first of all, your finger probably won't even fit into the wall outlet. But I meant you to touch the GROUND pin.
In most cases the radiators in your rooms are connected to the same gorund wire those pins are connected to.
I don't know where you live, and what kind of wall outlet you have, but here in europe most wall outlet have an exposed ground pin which you can touch easily. You can also easily connect a anti-static wrist band to that pin. I didn't mean to let you electrocute yourself. 😛 If there's not a obvious and exposed ground pin you can touch, and you're not sure about it, I recommend you scratch some paint of your...
If possible a radiator.

I can honestly say from all the computers I've built I've never used one, usually just touch a radiator just before. not sure what difference it makes tbh.

"Best way:

Plug PSU into wall. Which is in the case already. Keep both the plug and PSU turned off. You now have earthed unpainted metal. You can now clip onto the case."

I don't know what kind of wall outlet you do have, but if there's a ground wire you can connect yourself to that. you can use an extension cord if the wall outlet is not conveniently close enough.

Hmm this is seems to be the easiest way.

I've never used a anti-static wristband, the most important thing is that you have discharged yourself from any potential electrostatic charge. I do this by touching the ground in my wall outlet, because it's the most reliable method. You can use a radiator but only if the thing itself is grounded. Most of the times it is attaced to the same ground wire as the ground in the wall outlet, but there are exceptions. If you live in an old house or in a country where they don't mind to ground the radiators you won't have sufficient ground. If you decide to use a (grounded) extension cord, keep in mind that the grounding only works if both wall outlet and extension cord come with a ground.

Wait so what your saying is that I have to stick my finger inside the ground wall outlet?

Assuming you have grounded wall outlets, this will work.
