How to identify the HD Audio of the Motherboard?

Hi,
How to know if the "HD Audio" of a motherboard is Intel's HD Audio (Azalia) or something else (before buying the motherboard)?

Open the motherboard link and click on Specifications, next see scroll down and see the Audio specifications.. the motherboard you linked describes the audio as Realtel ALC1150 High Definition Audio.
