My Computer Specs:
My Issue:
I get massive frame drops (down to 5-11) randomly, and usually hang around 24 fps in cities/ 55fps in the woods. I play with all of my settings on very low or off. During gameplay my cpu and gpu never seem to get near 100% usage, but rather ~%60 or below. I include a video in the bottom of my post, excuse my phone footage of a screen, but I had no idea how to record both screens and make them viewable in the same video as well. As a bonus incentive, to whoever can help my fps a reasonable ammount, I will send 5 US Dollars via paypal (or a gift copy of CS:GO)
